Bhuran Building is a construction company, not a sales office with a builder attached. The person who quotes your job is the person who runs it.
Since 2008
Our story
Eighteen years of doing it the same way.
We started in 2008 as a carpentry outfit taking on extensions nobody else wanted to quote properly. The work came from people who had been burned once already.
That shaped the business. We learned that most building disputes are not about workmanship — they are about someone being told a number that was never real. So we built the company around the opposite: scope it fully, price it honestly, put dates on it, and then do what the contract says.
Today Bhuran Building runs new homes, second-storey additions, whole-of-house renovations and commercial fit-outs. We have our own supervisors, a trade base that has been with us for years, and a licence we have held continuously since day one. The company is bigger. The rule has not changed.

Values that survive a bad week on site.
Anyone can list values on a website. These are the four we actually get judged on when a delivery is late or the weather turns.

Craftsmanship
Straight lines, tight joints, level floors, doors that still close in year five. The parts nobody photographs are the parts we check hardest.

Transparency
Itemised quotes, written variations, and a running budget you can see at any point. No allowances quietly absorbing the difference.

Partnership
Your architect, engineer, certifier and trades all have to work together. We treat that as our job to coordinate, not yours to chase.
On site
What a Bhuran site actually looks like.
- Swept at the end of every day. A tidy site is a safe site and a faster one.
- One supervisor, named on your contract. Not a rotating roster of strangers.
- Hold points photographed. Set-out, frame, pre-line and waterproofing recorded before they are covered.
- Neighbours managed. We give notice before noisy stages and keep the verge clear.
- Weekly written update. Progress, next stage, and anything waiting on your decision.
Credentials
Licensed, insured and registered to build.
Builder’s licence
Licence [BUILDER LICENCE NO.] — held continuously since 2008. Current certificate supplied with every contract.
Insurance
Public liability, contract works and workers compensation, all current. Certificates of currency available on request.
Warranty
Statutory home warranty cover plus a 6-year structural warranty from the date of practical completion.
