Bhuran Building started with one carpenter, one ute and a rule that has not moved since: tell people the truth about their project, then build exactly what you said you would.
Eighteen years later we are a full construction company — residential and commercial — with our own supervisors, a settled trade base, and a program you can actually hold us to. We still run every job the same way. You get a real quote, not a range. You get a build schedule with dates on it. And you get one person who answers the phone, from the first site visit to the last defect signed off.

Site visit & scope
We walk the site with you, measure what is actually there, and talk honestly about what your budget will and will not buy. No charge, no obligation.

Fixed-price quote
An itemised, fixed-price quote against a written scope — inclusions, exclusions and allowances all spelled out, so you can compare it against anyone else's like for like.

Build & report
Your supervisor runs the trades against a dated program. You get a weekly update with photos, the current stage, and anything that needs a decision from you.

Handover & defects
We walk the job together and write the defect list with you, not for you. Everything on it is closed out before final invoice, and the structural warranty starts from handover.

The price will not move
We scope in detail before we quote, so variations come from you changing your mind — not from us discovering something we should have priced. Any variation is written and approved before work starts.
The program is real
Trades are booked against dates, not intentions. If weather or a supplier moves the program, you hear it from us that week — with a revised date, not an apology.
The work is checked
Set-out, frame, pre-line, waterproofing and practical completion are all inspected and photographed before the next trade is allowed to cover them up.
The same crew, every time
Our trade base has been with us for years. They know our standard, they know each other's sequence, and they do not need re-teaching on your job.
One person to call
No call centre, no being handed between an estimator, a scheduler and a supervisor. One name, one number, start to finish.
Fully licensed and covered
Builder's licence, public liability, contract works and workers compensation — all current, and all provided in writing with your contract.
